On the day
What to expect on the day
Your 2-HOUR window of arrival.
You will have seen this explained in several places when booking your appointment. Here we offer a little bit of additional information as it’s so important to us that we meet and exceed your expectations on the day of your appointment.
When you schedule your engineer visit, you will select an appointment time. This appointment time is the beginning of a 2 hour window in which you can expect your engineer to arrive at your home.
As our engineers work through the day their schedules are frequently impacted by things like traffic, complications and collecting materials etc. We use the 2 hour buffer zone throughout the day as it plays a vital role in us continuing to deliver a 99.9% on-time success rate for all of our customers.
For example:
If you select a 9am appointment you can expect your engineer to arrive anytime between 9am – 10:59am. It is really important to avoid any confusion that an arrival time after 9:01am is NOT a delayed appointment. It is perfectly normal for our engineers to arrive near the beginning, in the middle, or towards the end of your 2 hour appointment window and we have 99.9% success rate in doing so.
Please consider when selecting your 2 hour window of arrival that the engineer will also need enough time to complete the job if they arrive towards the latter end of the window.
